Refund and Returns Policy
Because all prints are made to order, returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact hello@skucas.me within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damage and your order details.
2. Replacement or Refund
A replacement or refund will be offered once the issue is verified. Refunds are made using the same payment method (Paysera).
3. Exceptions
No returns are accepted for reasons other than damage or defect, as the prints are custom-made according to each order.
