2. Products
All products sold on skucas.me are photographic art prints by Andrius Skučas. Prints are produced on demand, hand-signed, and may include limited editions for larger formats.
3. Ordering and Payment
- Orders can be placed through the website skucas.me.
- Payment is accepted only through Paysera.
- All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include any applicable taxes (no VAT charged).
4. Production Time
All prints are made on demand and typically require 1–2 weeks for production before shipping.
5. Shipping
- Orders are shipped within Lithuania via Omniva or LP Express.
- Shipping fees are shown at checkout.
6. Returns and Defects
As all prints are made to order, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact hello@skucas.me within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the issue.
7. Copyright
All photographs and artworks are the intellectual property of Andrius Skučas. Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, force majeure, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable European Union law.
